New era of procurement was announced cluetrain, pretty well defined Project VRM and distributed Wiki (by the way - it is very good article, Wikipedia flagged it as a "needs to be improved", so I recommend to make a copy of current version).
As usual with new ideas people getting familiar with VRM concept have some questions:
1. Is VRM adopted in declared form?
2. Is market ready to work this way?
3. How to use this idea in my particular case?
Answers are simple:
1. No
2. Yes
3. Follow the path, you are already on it
